Eric McVicker - Perry and Painesville, Ohio

My name is Eric McVicker and I am currently a senior at Perry High School but is studying at Lakeland Community College through the Post-secondary Enrollment Program. I will be attending the American University in Washington DC next year and will be majoring in Political Science and Economics. My goal is to attend  Law school after my undergraduate work and hopefully work somewhere in the Department of Justice in Washington DC or as an advisor. I started in politics by volunteering with President Obama's campaign and attending monthly meetings with the Young Democrats. I was also an intern for US Senator Sherrod Brown in the Summer of 2009 at his Cleveland office. The reason why I decided to get involved with Bill's campaign is because I am sick and tired of Steve Latourette's policies of No, and we need someone who will work for his constituents, not his corporate donors. Bill O'neill is somebody who will put in the long hours to insure that his constituents will live better lives.
